After a thrilling season 1 from You, Penn Badgley will star alongside Victoria Pedretti in the second season of the show, presumably being his new ‘love interest’.
The Netflix series was released late 2018, so we expect to see a second season around the same time this year or early next year.
Pedretti will play a character called Love Quinn, who aspires to be a chef whilst working as a produce manager in a high-end grocery store.
“Love is uninterested in the world of social media, branding and self-promotion, focused instead on leading an interesting life. She is also tending to a deep grief — and when she meets Joe Goldberg, she senses a shared knowledge of profound, life-changing loss.” (The Wrap)
A spokesperson for The Wrap said “Lifetime had an incredible experience working with Greg Berlanti, Sera Gamble and the entire team on ‘You’ for season one”.
