The Swedish retail giant has just announced the latest member of its fashion family.
H&M will launch a new clothing brand, named Arket (which means ‘sheet of paper’ in Swedish), with a broadened selection of essentials for men, women and children, and will include also a curated section of home accessories.
The collection will include its own branded products as well non-H&M products, which will made slighlty increase the prices swinging from around €39 to €115.
Arket is conceived for those people who are looking for classic and quality in an inspiring and simple environment. With its own brand and complementary ones, Arket plans to reach customers that are busy and look for convenience but also for a place that they really like.
The first store is due to open in London in early autumn, brand’s starting point for a following expansion in Europe, as long as E-stores in eighteen European countries.
Arket will not offer only clothing and home accessory, but will be also an enjoyable spot for a break. In fact, some stores will offer Nordic-styled café where costumers can find both shop and healthy food.
