After the success of The Greatest Showman musical release in 2017, news comes of a second movie in the works, and just as we thought things couldn’t get any better, Hugh Jackman reveals he will be performing new music on his upcoming tour! (Here’s to hoping it’s something from TGS 2).
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Jackman insists on writing “with Justin (Paul) and Benj (Pasek), who did the Greatest Showman and Dear Evan Hanson the musical”.
The Australian-born star released tour information last week, saying he’s “just going to have a party”, reminding his fans that it might not be as serious as his previous roles from that of Les Miserables to his Wolverine character, which he confirms to Rolling Stone: “There’s no Wolverine kick line, lets be clear”.

After the release of The Greatest Showman Reimagined album, including covers from artists like Panic! At The Disco, P!nk, Craig David and Kesha, we’re hoping one of these artists will make an appearance on Jackman’s show. Though maybe we’re just being greedy!
Alongside the singer there will be a live orchestra, and the shows will take place across the UK, including performances in London, Manchester and Birmingham, from May – June 2019.
