We’ve all made mistakes, and done our share of ill-advised things. One of Kaley Cuoco’s biggest regrets is tattooing her wedding date – which is understandable. The delightful Cuoco stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show for a friendly chat, and got candid about her “rough” divorce from Ryan Sweeting.
“Don’t tattoo wedding date, I know, I know,” a slightly embarrassed Cuoco admitted. “I had the date tattooed on my back and everything to remind me”. To which a playful DeGeneres responded “Maybe you should have put it on your front”.
Her solution was to cover it up with some new ink, naturally. After showing the audience her new tattoo, she went on to explain why she had opted for a moth, “The significance is it was big enough to cover the numbers,” Cuoco joked. There you go, no hidden message or symbolism – just plain old conventionality.
On a more serious note, the actress revealed that “Last year was very bizarre”. Before adding, “We all go through really weird ups and downs. And sometimes I’m a little bit more seen, and everyone goes through that stuff… I already feel like 2016 is going to be a much better year than 2015. It’s been rough, but things are going good”.
It’s nice to hear that Cuoco is in a better place, and doing well! Watch the full interview below:
