Louis C.K To Take ‘Extended Hiatus’ From ‘Louis’ | TV News

The hilarious Louis C.K disappointed many fans after the announcement came that he would be taking an “extended hiatus” from his FX series Louie which has been critically acclaimed since its first season in 2010. The show has had a successful five season run, being nominated and winning many accolades, it centres around a divorced comedian in New York living with his two children.

Fans can’t complain too much about the announcement made by FX head John Landgraf, who said that, “he’s anxious to take a break from the show and work on other things“, because he is listed as a writer and producer on Better Things, an upcoming TV movie starring his Louie co-star Pamela Adlon. He is also producing the series Baskets which is set to star the insanely hilarious Zach Galifianakis.
