Millie Bobby Brown Is Launching Her Own Beauty Brand For Gen Z | Fashion News


Stranger Things star and teen queen Millie Bobby Brown is set to launch a skincare and makeup line called Florence By Mills for Gen Z beauty lovers. If you are bored of the rising list of celebrities launching beauty brand, you need to know that Millie’s brandwill be PETA-certified, vegan and cruelty-free.


The name of the new beauty brand came from Brown’s great-grandmother Florence. She was an individual, brave and truthful woman, and the actress’ brand is inspired by these virtues. Millie’s line is her first solo project apart from acting and it is specially designed for young people’s skin.


“I wanted to come into the space because there was a gap in the market for young people. I could never find anything that I liked to put on my face”, said the actress. She also express that it is hard to find products that actually felt good on your skin.


I’ve been in a make-up chair since I was 10, 11 years old, and I have really been introduced to all types of products. I’ve had special effects on my face, blood, all different types of foundation, I guess I could never find anything that I liked to put on my face and it felt good. I’d take off my make-up and boom, another pimple would appear”.


We don’t have the full details yet but the products will be priced between £8 ($10) and £28 ($34) and will be sold at your Ulta Beauty, Boots, and online ofcourse, with a percentage of the proceeds from the beauty line, to be donated to the Olivia Hope Foundation, founded in honour of Olivia Hope LoRusso, Brown’s late friend.


The brand is to encompass the actress favourite skin products such as Light Skin Tint, Zero Chill Face Mist and Swimming Under the Eye Gel Pads.


Millie Bobby Brown has joined the likes of Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Kylie Jenner and Ciara, who have all launched their own beauty brands, backed by celebrity star power. I suppose the next question should be, who will be next? Ariana Grande, Kendall Jenner and Cardi B.
