DDROID is a Nigerian-born British rapper, whose music career started as part of Birmingham duo Wavy Gang. DDroid and his colleague Yemz came together after discovering their musical chemistry they had, and in 2018, they were supporting Lotto Boyz on their UK tour.
Throughout their music journey, Wavy Gang released quite a number of singles like “Playtime” and “Stylish Guy“, both of which have surpassed over 1.5 million streams on Spotify.
As a solo artist, DDROID has already garnered rave reviews from the industry as one of the contestants of BBC’s The Rap Game UK, where he received support from the likes of Krept & Konan and DJ Target, and has led to sessions with D Double E, Skengo x AM, ATG and Z Dot Productions.
Earlier this month, DDROID released his terrific outspoken single “Stress“, in which the rapper addresses all the pressure he has faced in his life. After rapping all his relationship, money, music issues out, he comes back to thanking God for all the blessings along the way.
