Uzo Aduba Joins ‘Fargo’ Season Four | TV News

 

Orange Is The New Black actress Uzo Aduba has joined Fargo season four cast. She will appear in the FX crime anthology alongside previously announced Chris Rock.

 

Uzo Aduba is the latest addition to the fourth season of Fargo, an American black comedy show based on the film of the same title. The upcoming series will be set in 1950 in Kansas, Missouri, where two criminal syndicates, Italian and African American, have struck an unstable peace. Emmy winner Chris Rock is set to play Loy Cannon the leader of one of the clans.

 

Fargo season four will be directed by Noah Hawley, who helmed the show’s three earlier series. Joel & Ethan Coen, Warren Littlefield and John Cameron will return as executive producers. Uzo Aduba is set to star as a new character named Zelmare Roulette. Other already confirmed cast members include Jack Huston, Ben Whishaw and Jason Schwartzman.

 

Aduba is best known for playing Suzanne ‘Crazy Eyes’ Warren in the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black. The role earned her two Emmy Awards, one for best guest actress in a comedy and the other for best supporting actress in a drama. She is currently working on another FX production, Mrs. America, an upcoming limited series led by Cate Blanchett.
