Following her recent collaboration on Embody’s “Dreamin’”, English singer-songwriter, Camden Cox, has returned with some new music. The singer has teamed up with producer and songwriter, Barny B, on “Focus”. It marks her return to the music scene almost two years after the release of her debut EP, Kinda Like.
“Focus” opens cheerful, gradually building and getting moody. The sensual vocals are joined with clapping drums, booming bass and what sounds like lasers on percussion. Very futuristic. She almost implores the listener to come to her rescue, like when she says, “take me away from the falling”. Quite unique, overall.
