Ellie Goulding Denies Lip-Syncing At AFL Grand Final | Music News

Ellie Goulding has been accused of lip-syncing during a recent performance at the AFL Grand Final in Australia. The accusation is due to “Love Me Like You Do” being played, including vocals, as Goulding walks across the stage. According to producer Michael Gudinski, the mishap was due to “a technical issue”. Gudinski also added that performing to a backing track was “very common practice for performances in situations such as the Grand Final”. Goulding laughed it off on Twitter saying, “Love it when people think I lip sync, what a rad compliment 🙂 Now where does one find a good veggie restaurant in Melbs?” Watch the video of the glitch below.
