Jack White visited The Tonight Show on the day he released his Acoustic Recordings 1998 – 2016, to perform an acoustic medley of a pair of tracks, “Love Is The Truth” and White Stripes‘ “You’ve Got Her in Your Pocket”.
“Love Is the Truth” was specifically penned for a 2006 Coca-Cola commercial that only aired once. The song’s “Acoustic Mix” also appears on his new album. Elephant’s “You’ve Got Her in Your Pocket” is also part of Acoustic Recordings, which chronologically collects b-sides, alternate mixes, album tracks, unreleased recordings and remixes.
