Los Angeles pop-rock band R5 recently released brand new visuals for their latest single “Heart Made Up On You”. In the video, we can watch the group on their recent tour stint – with some behind-the-scenes footage included in the mix – performing the sticky rhythms of their new single, taken from their EP of the same name, which was released in June via Hollywood Records. This single has an energetic sound and an powerful guitar riffs, and the young band show their growth, especially with more mature lyrics.
The label Hollywood Records is also responsible for other teen phenomenon like Jonas Brothers or Miley Cyrus, and in that respect, R5 will sound similar to mainstream Pop-rock sounds. However, they admit their influences are more close to McFly or Fall Out Boy. Following the release of their debut album Lounder in 2013, the band’s sophomore album will be released in 2015. While we wait new material from this band, they will be presenting their songs to fans in a world run of dates this month, with stops in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires and California.
