Ariana Grande Debuts ‘The Light Is Coming’ At Wango Tango 2018 | Music News

One of the most brilliant singers of our generation, Ariana Grande kicked off last night’s Wango Tango 2018 by performing a new song titled “The Light Is Coming“.

“The Light Is Coming”, which features Nicki Minaj, is an R&B/Pop song, sampling the phrase “don’t let nobody speak for this today” on loop in the background. Furthermore, the song takes inspiration from Pharrell’s “Lemon” and it will be next single from Ariana Grande‘s upcoming album, Sweetener.

This is her fourth collaboration with Nicki Minaj, after “Bang Bang” with Jessie J, “Get On Your Knees” and “Side To Side”, which featured on Grande’s last album Dangerous Woman.

After a year-long hiatus following the terrible terrorist attack at her last concert in Manchester, she appears stronger than ever and performed many hits like the magical “One Last Time”, “Dangerous Woman”, “Into You” and her last single “No Tears Left To Cry” at Wango Tango 2018 with an LGBT+ flag in the hand to support the community.
