Behind The Scenes At Off-White’s Spring/Summer 2019 Show | Fashion News
Virgil Abloh has revealed his latest Off-White™ full Spring/Summer 2019 collection at Paris Fashion Week.
The event was themed around Dondi White and his collection “DONDI”, which appears throughout the collection. Another reference within the collection was Matt Groening‘s TV series, The Simpsons featuring many pictures of Bart with the iconic phrases “I’m Bart Simpson, who the hell are you?” and a picture of the Simpson family on T-Shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts. Also, Abloh includes much-dyed outerwear like shirts and jeans and all-over print items.
The collection includes new Off-White™ sneakers as an extension of the Abloh’s collaboration with Nike. The new sneaker is a new grey Air Max 97, which includes a silver upper with a rainbow Swoosh. Abloh also includes a new collaboration with Dr. Martens.
