First Look At BAPE & Hebru Brantley’s New Graphic Collection | Fashion News

BAPE and Hebru Brantley mix many characters in their new collection.

A Bathing Ape, also known as BAPE, is a Japanese streetwear brand founded in 1993 by NIGO. The company includes works with men’s, women’s and children’s clothing and an extended variety of accessories and lifestyle items.

Now, BAPE joins with the Chicago-based artist Hebru Brantley for a new collection, which includes classic characters from both Brantley and BAPE, like the ‘FLYBOY‘ and ‘LIL MOMMA‘ alongside BABY MILO and APE HEAD all throughout the collection. The collection includes many printed T-shirts and the BAPE’s signature shark hoodie that was reworked to feature “FLYBOY” pilot goggles rather than the standard eye design.

The collection will be released in the BAPE Los Angeles store and in the Social Status store on June 2. A week later, the collection will be drop worldwide on the BAPE website.
