“Feel Something” comes courtesy of Los Angeles artist, Jason Gaffner. Apparently it is a latest taste of a collection of tracks on offer over the next few months, the next single from his upcoming EP. Available on iTunes, you can also secure a free download on his Soundcloud, where you can grab his recent single, “Losing My Mind”.
“Feel Something” comes in with moody piano and muted licks of dramatic, tad funky, guitar. Thick bass locks in with clapping drum. The song then jumps to another tangent, a refrain to let the vocals breathe. The closing moments are almost nearly as adventurous, lending the largely funk and disco track a progressive bent.
