Kwabs – ‘Walk’ (EP Stream) | New Music

2014 has been Kwabs‘ year with the release of two influential EP’s >Wrong or Right and Pray for Love, not to mention the multiple festival performances including Glastonbury and Bestival. Looking back at his spine tingling 2011 performance of “Lost Child” on Goldie’s Band: By Royal Appointment, we saw a phenomenal soul singer marked with pain and raw emotion. Now he is all that and more. His unique fusion of electronic bluesy soul resonates with many music lovers of a wide variety.

His brand new EP Walk features busier beats, heavier layers of electronic sound and vocals that boast more R&B pop tones compared to his previous EPs. Walk still possesses heavy lyrical content enhanced by Kwabs’ flawlessly soulful vocals and arrangements. Kwabs truly is a find. Walk will be released on October 6, and you can pre-order it on iTunes here. Stream the EP below.

Kwabs will also be playing three shows next month across the UK, find these below.

October 11 – The Haunt, Brighton

October 12 – Exchange, Bristol

October 16 – KOKO, London
