Louis Vuitton Reveal 2021 Autumn Ready-To-Wear Collection | Fashion News

The fashion month is nearly finished but it couldn’t end until French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton delivered their show. This year it was once again virtually that the brand showcased its collection. Even though it was virtual the magic of the collection was made.

Before even starting the show, some were lucky enough to get a very special invitation with lots of accessories in the theme of this year’s collection. The brand worked design atelier Fornasetti for the collection. The atelier is known for its art with contemporary reinterpretations of mythological icons such as Athena, Apathé, and more.

Louis Vuitton womenswear artistic director Nicolas Ghesquière has always loved art, and this year, he decided to get a piece of professional advice from the Italian atelier to make his collection. The mythological aspect was very subtly put forward on the items. The 45 pieces are unique in their colors, design, and materials.

The collection was showcased in the one and only French museum Louvre, and backed by a Daft Punk music, the models had outfits that had a mix of modernity, mythological pieces all over and of course, the classic Louis Vuitton ‘savoir-faire’.

Regarding the outfits themselves, they are very party-like outfits, the goal here was to make people feel comfy and pretty but in neutral tones. There are a few mid-long skirts made in tulle fabric and embroidery pieces. But also bomber jackets made with different materials and some more classic outfits like costumes.

All the clothes are meant to be comfortable but as we said above with that artistic touch. So between the fashion show venue and the collection itself, Louis Vuitton served a great show all in coherence with the theme chosen.

Please find some pictures below from the collection.
