Michigan Singer-Songwriter Chloe Moriondo Releases New Single ‘Bodybag’ | Music News

American singer Chloe Moriondo has just dropped a brand new album Blood Bunny, where the single “Bodybag” is already one of the main hits. “Bodybag” starts off with a band playing in the background with a quite joyful vibe.

Then Chloe starts singing and straight away, with her mesmerizing voice, she captivates us and makes us listen to the lyrics. After comes the chorus, which is much more powerful, where the electric guitar has the central role here. Lyrics about a relationship and love in general really bring us to a teenager’s love story moment.

The song is about how love can be tough but is also all about having some mixed feeling when you are in love. This strange phenomenon is referred to as: “that feeling when you’re attracted to someone, but you also kind of hate them“, according to Chloe.

Starting on YouTube and SoundCloud, she first gained an audience with a Rex Orange County cover. Then, Chloe started posting her original material, beginning with the gently heartbreaking “Waves”, which led to her first album Rabbit Hearted.

She began writing songs in her Michigan bedroom at the very young age of thirteen. Playing music with only a ukulele and relatable, she started writing confessional lyrics and over the years managed to build a great fanbase of millions across all social platforms. Been always her true self she creates a real connection with her listeners.

This is her second album and we can already tell by listening to “Bodybag” the all vibe to it and how she has evolved thanks to her talent! Can’t wait to see what other projects this young talent has in mind.
