For more than 70 years, the famous sports brand PUMA has continued to impress the fashion world with its innovative footwear, apparel and accessories designs. They have always wanted to put their sports culture into fashion spaces, while they continue to be associated with the world’s best athletes.
The sports brand have just relaunched their iconic PUMA Suede in collaboration with British music veteran Ghetts, who is also the face of their new Suede Music Space. To celebrate the launch, PUMA and online retailer JD have also curated a virtual event called the Suede Stage
The event was hosted by No Signal Radio presenters Henrie and Scully, with performances from Ghetts and UK rap newcomer Shaybo, and the event paying homage to PUMA Suede’s long-standing history of connecting music and culture. It was broascast on JD’s Instagram page over the weekend to huge success.
Speaking about the event, PUMA head of marketing Ruth How says, “Connecting both music and culture has always been at the heart of PUMA Suede and it is important we can give a platform to the game-changers in music, and inspire new generations. We are so pleased to partner with JD to bring the Suede Stage to life, bringing fun and entertainment into the homes of many this February, whilst re-establishing our iconic cult classic Suede Shoe“.
