Sense8 is back! Netflix have released a brand new poster with the date of the final episode and we are totally excited for it.
After fans protested regarding the cancellation of the TV series, Netflix reported that there would be a final, two hour, special episode that will be set to air soon. However, the streaming giant noted that there wouldn’t be a third season.
“Together With The End” is the slogan and will be the name of the final episode. The poster shows the main protagonists with different clothes on the roof of a building. Also, the poster includes the date the episode will air, June 8.
At the beginning of June 2017, Cindy Holland, vice-president of the original content at Netflix made a statement saying: “After 23 chapters, 16 cities and 13 countries, the history of Sense8 has come to an end.”
Sense8 tells the story of a group of strangers from different parts of the world who are mentally connected to each other. Forming the cast are the Spanish actor Miguel Ángel Silvestre, Doona Bae, Jamie Clayton, Max Riemelt and Brian J. Smith.
