Coldplay Confirm Glastonbury Headline Set | Music News
The British band, who recently performed at the Superbowl Halftime show, can now add another iconic event under their belts – Glastonbury. Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion, are set to close the 2016 festival on Sunday’s Pyramid stage. While no other acts have been announced just yet, this will be the band’s fourth time to headline at the festival – more times than any other.
Announcing the news on their official twitter account, they posted a picture of the famous Worthy Farm, with a poster entitled “Sunday, June 26“.
