Dave Grohl Plays Foo Fighters 20th Anniversary Blowout On Giant Light-Up Throne | Music News

Dave Grohl has been in the spotlight recently after fracturing his leg after falling off stage at a Foo Fighters gig in Gothenburg, Sweeden. The injury consequently ended in the Foo Fighters having to cancel a string of European tour dates, including the band’s headlining appearance at Glastonbury Festival. Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters recently returned to the stage for the first time since Grohl’s injury. To help his leg, which was in a cast, Grohl performed on a giant light up throne. The performance was for the band’s 20th Anniversary Blowout at RFK stadium in Washington D.C., and you can watch footage of the performance below.

My name is kira and I study Media and Communications. I live in the beautiful and wonderfully diverse city of Brighton. I've loved writing since a young child when I would write poems about my goldfish and leaves I found on the floor. (I'm hoping my writing style has slightly progressed since then!) I love listening to live music and try to go to as many gigs as possible. Follow my social media if you want to know more!
