Girl Friend is a trio from Manchester, mixing synth pop, and the 80’s Mancunain indie theme together to create some really beautiful music. Their new track “Monte Carlo”, will make you feel like you’re gliding effortlessly through the ball room, whilst kind of dreaming about going to Monte Carlo, and why not, it is kind of dreamy after all. And so is the track, it’s almost melancholic, but it achieves a sense of glamour that just takes you straight to heaven. Here have a dance, and if it’s a Saturday night, even better.
