You’ve got to hand it to Kelly Ripa. After 21-year old Justin Bieber confessed his feelings for the TV presenter, Kelly responded in her typical self-depreciating way. Ripa’s news anchor, Michael Strahan, ribbed her over the now infamous bikini photo, calling her a “sexy mama“, but Ripa refused any of the praise, instead joking that she believed that Biebers’ declaration was a “cry for help“. She went on to admit, however, that the “Baby” hitmaker had given her “tremendous street cred” with her fourteen year old daughter.
