The Libertines – Anthem For Doomed Youth | New Music

It was only last night (August 20) that the recently reformed The Libertines shared the song “Glasgow Coma Scale Blues” from their forthcoming album Anthems For Doomed Youth. The band have now released the laid back title track only a matter of hours later. These two tracks have been shared after the news that the release of their album has been pushed back to the 11th of September.

The band took to Facebook to release the following statement: “After overwhelming demand for our Somewhere Over The Railings events, we have decided to put our record back one week to allow us to do something else special for you… Details to follow, so please stay tuned, but in the meantime we want to give you TWO NEW TRACKS RIGHT NOW“. Listen to the two new tracks below. Anthems For Doomed Youth is The Libertines third album and will be released via Harvest.
