The Rolling Stones Set To Release New Album This Year | Music News
Just days after the unveiling of a new exhibition to commorate the lives of “one of the world’s biggest bands“, The Rolling Stones have announce they will make a blues-inspired album set for release this year. It will be the first studio album the band have released since 2005’s A Bigger Bang. The last new material the band released was two new songs on there compilation album, Grrr!, in 2012.
The band have been touring almost non-stop for the past 40 years and have recently returned form a historic concert in Cuba. The band’s following hasn’t wanned over the years as hundreds have travelled to see them live and hundreds more are set to visit the Saatchi Gallery in London for a career retrospective exhibition on the band.
The exhibit includes guitars, memorabilia and a reconstruction of the bands original flat have been put on show. We will wait with baited breath to see what the band of 60 and 70 year olds will deliver!
