Beyoncé’s Foundation Brings Urgent Relief To Texas Winter Crisis | Inspiration

Texas born and raised Queen Beyoncé, on behalf of her foundation BeyGOOD, is teaming up with Adidas and Bread of Life, a Houston disaster relief organization to provide grants of up to $1000 for the unfortunate ones, who are suffering from the winter storm Uri.

Residents of Texas and other US states affected by the snow storms and freezing temperatures can apply using the Disaster Relief Assistance Application Form. Beyoncé has posted the link to the application in her Instagram story on February 19. In case if you are one of the affected by the storms, you can click the link here and apply for an urgent financial compensation.

BeyGOOD recently twitted: “Visit @BreadofLifeH for more information on assistance. We send our prayers to those impacted by the winter storm.

It is known that Bread of Life works with Beyoncé’s BeyGOOD and the singer’s mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, on domestic and anti-huger initiatives providing support to natural disaster and social issues victims.

BeyGOOD has supported big amount of causes in the artist’s hometown Houston over the past years such as COVID testing, small business assistance, hurricane assistance and so on. It can be clearly seen that Beyoncé is always up for a humanitarian work. Even though most of the time she stays quiet, Bey always does the best she can for the community.

The freezing temperatures and storms began over the Valentine’s Day weekend and many citizens have been left without electricity and heat for days. There has been shortage of food and water over the state. According to the New York Times, at least 38 people have died as a result of the storms across the country.

We send our condolences to the people impacted by the disaster. Stay strong and always remember to give a hand to your community.
