Little Grace – Silence | Music Video

For their fourth single “Silence“, northern contemporary R&B three-piece group Little Grace have collaborated with friends, producers and songwriters XamVolo, Tee Soulful and Danny Casio, to deliver a delicate and impactful track, about appreciating moments of silence in a current landscape of too much noise.

The visuals for “Silence” carry on this theme, gathering some of Liverpool’s freshest new talents together, including Josefina (singer/artist), Jazmine Johnson (singer/artist), Ben Sharples (singer/artist), TEE (producer/rapper/artist), Joiada Thomas (session musician/artist), Laura Mar (fashion designer), and Vantrill (producer/artist), to represent “a group of people, who maybe ‘follow’ eachother on social media, but have never met in real life“.

Speaking about how the track came about, Little Grace say, “Initially we hadn’t intended ‘Silence’ to be focused around the use of our phones, but by the end of the writing process, we had decided that it made more sense for us to look at it this way. Since writing this track, silence has become more of a mental state for us, rather than the physical state of no sound“.

As they continue to build a buzz within the R&B scene in Northern England, Little Grace continue to deliver an original nostalgic sound, taking elements from their Motown, 80’s synth pop and post 2000’s electronic and R&B influences, as is evident in their music so far. They are building a catalogue of music that captures everyday life, their lyrics are honest and unfiltered, storytelling through smooth vocals.
