Night Beats – Power Child | Music Video
Night Beats, of Seattle, have got a new song and video, the latter directed by Riley Blakeway. “Power Child” is taken from Who Sold My Generation, and helps support them embarking on yet another tour of the UK. The track itself is very psychedelic rock, like Sixties material from The Who, yet seemingly like Kasabian. A blistering lead guitar, too.
In terms of the video, it is very evocative of the aforementioned Sixties, filmed in black and white and very much with no nonsense visuals. They keep it simple, merely filming the band playing the track, and focusing on whichever band member based on their contributions throughout the duration of the track.
