The Last Shadow Puppets Release Video Suggesting Album Release In Spring | Music News
Years after the release of their first album, The Age of the Understatement in April 2008, it seems The Last Shadow Puppets plan to release their second album in Spring of next year. After weeks of speculation about a possible second album, the duo, made up of Miles Kane (formerly the Rascals) and Alex Turner (Arctic Monkeys), shared a video on their Facebook Page indicating, yet not confirming, a release date of Spring 2016.
Although much still remains a mystery about this new album (for example: the title, possible singles), the video is identifiably The Last Shadows Puppets in its cinematic and unsettling nature. You can watch the video and sign up to the band’s mailing list here.
