Disney are creating a new covers album which will include a lot of big names covering the Disney Classics. Stereogum has reported that the album will include new version of numbers like ‘I Wan’na Be Like You (The Monkey Song)’ from TheJungle Books, performed by Fall Out Boy, to more recent tracks, such as ‘Let It Go’ from Frozen, performed by Lucy Hale and Rascall Flatts.
Artists including Jessie Ware, Gwen Stefani, Ariana Grande and Ne-yo are among artists who will take on the classic Disney Anthems for the forthcoming compilation called We Love Disney. You can see one of the covers below done by Ne-Yo from Aladdin called ‘Friend Like Me’, which was originally sung by Robin Williams in his role as The Genie.
