Despite the fact that Charli XCX last released a studio album in 2014, the British singer and songwriter has still managed to earn a cult following through her recently released mixtape. Number 1 Angel, which came out earlier this year in March, is Charli XCX’s third mixtape to date, and she is already on the way to releasing its follow-up.
Pop 2 is due for release in just a few days – on the 15th of December, in fact, and as a taste of what is yet to come, Charli XCX just dropped another one of the singles off of Pop 2 titled “Unlock It” featuring Kim Petras and Jay Park, after recently releasing “Out Of My Head”.
