On April 28, Sydney based artist Aimés released her new single “Running Out” complemented with a simplistic music video depicting the artist in a wearing a simple pink short sleeves shirt and cap, telling to the world about her weariness.
Written during a trip when she came back to visit her parents here in the UK, the artist exploits the theme of a relationship on the verge of rupture, a love that fades over time as the relationship destroys her little by little. Running out then carries a message of hope and renewal. A painful but necessary change that finally allows her turns the page and focuses on herself.
“Running Out”, which is co-written and co-produced by Aimés and Ethan Conway as well as co-produced by Oscar Dawson from Holy Holy, starts with a sweet piano melancholic melody followed by Aimés angelic voice which keeps you in an emotional state.
With a strong will to connect with her fans, the British born artist always gives her best on stage to please her audience as she’s very passionate about her dream since a young age and reciprocated the loves she received by an amazing stage presence. Aimés is expecting to release at least 3 other singles this years.
